Simple Breakfast Bake

This is not sophisticated fare, but it sure is tasty and convenient. It’s a great breakfast or brunch dish for feeding a crowd and can be prepared in advance.  There are quite a few variations on this dish, but no matter which one you use, this has be the easiest casserole recipe ever.


Clearly, I’m all about carbs and dairy this week. Tator Tot Hotdish

Tator Tot Hotdish is just wrong. For one thing, it’s called Tator Tot Hotdish. It contains too much sodium. It’s kind of unattractive and gloppy looking. Worst of all, it’s entirely made of frozen, canned, processed foods.  But you know what? I like it. I crave it. It tastes like my childhood.
